Label printing through Word

We now have the XP2002 version of Office. Previously had
2000. The older version allowed me to build labels
through to Word from my contacts file easily. Now the
steps are similar, but they do not create the labels. Is
there a link that needs to be set up between the two
programs so that when you set up the criteria fields, the
resources are the same ("full name", "street
address", "city", "state", "zip").

Mail merges still work the same.
