label problems

While creating mailing labels using the label function of MS Word Offic
XP, Word crashes. This occurs when cutting and pasting addresses fro
another sheet. What to do?
Please give me some tips or a solution.

Hi

Cutting and pasting to labels sounds a little bit messy.
Why not try putting all your address into a simple text
file (remember to delimit fields) and then use mail merge?

An Access Database has a reasonable Label report so why not set up a
Contacts database and use a tick field to let you choose the labels you want
to print. There is a Contact Management database template that will get you
started and you go to Report, New, Label Wizard to create your labels.
