label question

P

Peter McCaul

I apologize if I'm posting to the wrong Newsgroup.

I have a Word 2003 file with names and addresses, for example:

Sam Roznick
2400 Taunton Rd.
Toronto On.
L742y9

Gloria Roussis
75 Cherry St.
Toronto, On.
L1R6T2
The Word file is just a list and I need to have these names and addresses on mailing labels by the end of the day. I've done labels in Word by importing the list from an Excel file but the format is way off when I try importing it from this Word file. Any help is appreciated.
