Label Templates

Hello,
I am using office 2003 with windows xp home.
I have been trying to print a page of labels Avery 7163, however it is only
the first block of 3 lines that print in the correct position of the template
the rest of the address`s print between labels, I hope that makes sense ?.
I have opened a new document in the label making all of the address`s look
to be in the correct blocks, print preview looks fine, still they print
between labels, I tried to print screen from the template and even they come
out wrong.
I spent hours rying to get it right, if someone has a solution I would be
very grateful.

thanks for your time

Gerald

Several possibilities that I can come up with, your HP printer driver
needs to be updated (visit HP and get it), the "advanced printing
features" are playing havoc with the alignment(printing preferences,
Advanced) or something is set wrong on the printer and it's not using
the same paper size as the label template.

Bob,

Many thanks for your time and information, I have updated the drivers,
checked the paper size in the properties, which is correct, I have
uninstalled the printer twice, still the same printing problem, I have
contacted HP to see if they can solve this problem.

kind regards

Gerald

Another thought, did this problem start after you installed SP3 for
Office 2003? You may try reinstalling Office but not SP3.

Also please do not use the signature separator feature above the
previous quotes, as proper news readers will trim everything below that.

I give you a hin
It is easier to print address labels and envelopes online, usin
http://post.aplicatiionline.ro and all the contacts will be saved in th
database. There you can see the address formats for every country t
format the address correctly
