I have a chart with 2 Y axis. I have 2 straight lines and
2 diagonals. I would like a point above the horizontal
line at zero and also a point parellel to the diagonal
line. How can I do this?

To get a point above the horizontal line, plot the coordiate (0,{any
value greater than the y-value for the horizontal line}).

As far second item goes, you'll have to clarify what you mean by a
point being parallel to the diagonal.
