labels and blank cells

Trying to create labels and I am having trouble because one of the fields
that I want on my labels doesn't always have information in it so it leaves a
blank line on the label. I was looking for a conditional formatting, but I
can't seem to find it. Help!!!

Use CAN SHRINK to make it take up no space when empty.

I am using the can shrink... is there any other recommendation?

What is your result with the "Can Shrink" set to Yes? We can't see the
results from where we are sitting...

It shows a blank line on the labels where the cells are empty.

There is no such thing as a "blank line". There is either a line or there is
nothing. What happens if you set the border to a color?

Is there any control to the left or right of your text box?
