labels and envelopes problems

In Word 2002, when I try to create labels or envelopes I
get a message stating "Word has encountered a problem &
needs to close." This statement occurs when I try to
insert names from the phonebook icon. I use Outlook 2002,
Windows XP and Norton SystemWorks 2003.

Try disabling the Norton Office Plug-in. It causes so many other conflicts
and problems, it might well be responsible for this as well.
