labels and envelopes

1) when you complete a mail merge for labels from excel 2007, is there a way
to
start the labels in the middle of a partially used paged?

2)when you complete a mail merge for envelopes from excel 2007, why does
the mail to address show up all over the page? It does not help to import
name, address, city etc. seperately.
