Labels and Graphics question from a newbie

I've scanned in an image of a pie chart and when the site visitor rolls his
mouse over each section of the pie, I'd like a label/title to pop up and
then disappear when he moves onto the next section etc.

Is this possible, or do I need some flashy software?!

One way to do this is to set each sector of the pie-chart as a hotspot,
then use Jimco's Hotspot Tooltips addin(obtainable free from
www.jimcoaddins.com ) to set title attributes for each hotspot.
