Labels at the bottom show up as outside the printable area

I have 8 pages of labels and some pages show the bottom labels outside the
printable area

Do you have a header in your normal.dot template?

Also check that in the Zoom section of the File>Print dialog the "Scale to
paper size" is set to No Scaling.
