Labels created in Publisher import into Word

A 'label' that I have created in Publisher 2003 as a badge will only let me
print one on a page or a multiple of the same one on a page. I want to be
able to print multiple ones, each with a different name, on the same page so
I thought I could import the publisher file into word and do it that way but
word doesn't like it. Does anyone have any ideas how I can still make use of
the design and graphics and still achieve this

Are you using mail merge? You can only have one badge on your page for a mail
merge to work correctly. Print preview will show all labels the same, this is a
Publisher bug.

Are you planning to have all the labels the same? When you have the one label on
your screen, insert your graphics and other decorations and then do the merge.
