labels - merging clip art & text

Using Office 2004 for Mac, I am trying to merge clip art & text to create
personalized mailing labels.I have gotten this to (appear to) work when
viewing the Label document in page layout view and in Print Preview. But
when I click on Print and look at the Quick Preview, the clip art only shows
up on the labels in the right column of the three label columns. The
document prints as shown in the Quick Preview, not as the file appears when
viewed in page layout view, which shows the clip art plus text on ALL labels..
I'm thinking this might be a software glitch.
