Labels on Bubble Charts

Does anybody have the macro to add labels in Bubble charts? Microsoft
seems to have deleted the note on how to do it (located at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;KBERROR&style=error)
, and I can't figure out how to get this information.

You can also use Rob Bovey's XY Chart Labeler to add the labels. It's a
free add-in that you can download from his web site:

Note that this doesn't produce a true bubble chart. It uses custom
sized circles as data point markers. It's still slick, but doesn't
update if the column of bubble sizes changes.

I've posted some code to make a true bubble chart via VBA, sometime in
the late 2002-early 2003 time frame, you could try googling it
(http://www.google.com/advanced_group_search).
