Labels on Calendar

We have a shared clanedar in our office, and each appointment is given a
label colour, but 1 person in our office when viewing the shared calendar
doesn't get the label colours up, what do we need to do to make the label
colours show?

This is a shot in the dark but does that person's machine have the same
labels setup on it? Not sure but labels may be like categories in previous
versions of Outlook where they're stored locally and need to be setup on
each machine in some manner.

Thanks Vince, but the labels categories are the same, it's a bit of a
puzzler!!!
