Labels (Tables) in different lines (3, 4, 5, 6 etc) want to import back into File

I have a large file in a WORD doc. This document is in a label format
( a table)

I want to be able to import back this data into a filemaker file.
PROBLEM: Some of the data in this WORD doc is a table of two lines,
three lines, four lines, etc.

In other words, I want to be able to put the title and dept in
the right fields.

Any suggestions?
