Labels that list multiple records

Access 2003 DB -

I have a Table with Names(tblnames) linked to a table with multiple records
belonging to those names (tblresults).

I am trying to create LABELS that print the NAME and all related records
from the resutls table.

I created a parameter query that produces the correct list of records. I'm
using this as the source for the labels.

I've tried to use a subreport but I'm not getting the correct output. I
will appreciate some direction from someone who can assist me in setting this
up properly.

I would generally suggest a subreport. Your "I'm not getting the correct
output" doesn't tell us anything about your output and why it isn't correct.

There is a generic concatenate function that might work for you at

Sorry I wasn't clear.

I tried usig a subreport - embedded in a label report. The sub reports I've
tried include an ID HEADER section with a NAME in it and the detail sections
lists the related listof reords (identified by the ID field). I've also
tried to put the ID field in a header section on the label itself (not int he
subreport) and then link the listed recoreds within the sub report. I
continually get multile labels (as many labels as their are detail records)
or I get ONE HUBE COLUMN LONG label. I need individual tables showing the
name from the tblname table and the related records as found in a separate
table linke by the ID field. I want one label per tblname ID field.

Can you offer some direction?
