Labels using Mail Merge

Hi - I am helping a business convert to MS Word and I can't their labels to
behave using the Mail Merge. I created my Main Document and Data Source,
but when I merge them, I get an extra row of labels at the bottom of the
sheet and then none of the labels prints correctly. What can I do?


p.s. I actually created my main document with 12 pages and ran it and that
worked, but then I had to delete old labels.
