I am using MS Word 2002 that comes with XP.
My label stock is Avery (8.5 x11) . This stock has 3 rows, the left the
center and the right. Each label is 1"x 2.7".
I will like to print one address from top to bottom of the left row, and a
different address from the top to the bottom og the center row, and a
different one also on right row.
Is this possible? If so, can someone explain how?
I can fill the entire page (all the rows) with one address. Most often this
is too much.

Thanks in advance.

1. In the Labels dialog, click the New Document button. This will give you a
full sheet of labels to work with. They're displayed as a table, so be sure
you have table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see
the label boundaries.

2. In the top left cell, enter Address 1; in the center cell, type Address
2; Address 3 goes in the top right cell.

3. Select Address 1 and Copy (Ctrl+C).

4. Select Column 1 and Paste (Ctrl+V).

5. Repeat for Columns 2 and 3.
