How can I add a custom label with custom paper size. I
have a custom labels on a 11X13 page and the options for
paper size in labels are pre-set.

Hi Summer,

Labels in Word are merely tables with fixed cell dimensions. So you can
start with an ordinary document using your paper size and construct a table
in it that matches the label layout.

If (and it's a big if) the printer driver will allow a custom paper size of
these dimensions, you can create your own label format using the label
wizard.
