labels

i am new to labels. I cannot get a mail list to print as
labesls. Either I get one label per page or I get the
same label printed many times.

what i need to do is have the mail list create avery 5161
labels for each name on the mail list and on one page.

help!!

Hi Jim,

May we assume this is Word 2002?

Are you using the Wizard task pane, or the toolbar? Look for
a command in either labelled "Propogate labels". Once you
have that first label set up, click this, then execute the
merge.
