labels

I am working with labels in Office 2000 Professional
Microsoft Word. I cannot see the outline of the labels.
There is not a grid visible on the screen and it has been
in the past. What did I do?

Elizabeth,

You need to turn on the text boundaries option:
Make sure you're in Print Layout view (View menu)
On the Tools menu, click Options
Select the View tab
Make sure the Text boundaries checkbox has been checked (click it)
Click OK

Now you can see the outline of each label. Remember to turn off this option
if you don't want to see the text boundaries
