How can I preview all labels at once, in various pages?
It only shows me page by page (page 1, then again page 1, then again page 1)
I am merging labels from a List in Excel

I think you can only ever preview 1 page at a time.

But if you click on Merge to New Document (under Merge on the Data Merge
Palette), it will let you review all the pages of labels before printing.
If it comes out wrong, you can go back to the merge setup document and
change things, without redoing the whole merge.

Thank you! I clicked almost by accident on the "Check for errors" icon, and
voila! the whole four pages appeared there on my screen - cannot see the
logic in it but it worked. I will try your suggestion as well of course, in
case this turns the labels page into a regular Word documennt. . .

There's a "check for errors" icon? This is a new trick to me, thanks
much. Can you say more about what it looks like? What version of Word are
you using?
