How can I print landscape slides with every other slide printed upside down
(rotated 180 degrees)?

I am trying to create a book, printed landscape that will be bound on the
long side of the paper. I'd like to prevent making the reader have to turn
the book in order to read every other page.

Please help.

Use another program that is designed for such a project, such as Publisher.
PowerPoint is not designed for this type of project. Then again, if you
print all the Odd slides first, put your paper back in your printer properly
then print the Even slides you will have your book the way you want it
