Anyone else experiencing this weird anomaly? Word refuses to print
landscape documents. It will print portrait ones with no problems and
the occasional landscape one so long as the format is extremely simple
but any kind of text box or combination of image/text box/shape etc and
it's floored.
My Epson Stylus CX5400 is USB'd to my iMac v.2 running Tiger 10.4.2.
However, if I copy the document across to my iBook it will print over
the wireless network via the iMac!!!
I have re-installed Office X and tried adding the printer back in again
so essentially it is a new system.
The problem exists with newly created and existing documents; the new
ones are page setup to start with, previewed to ensure paper
orientation is correct. Whichever print option I take (file>print>OK
or command+P or print icon) all result in the "Printing page 1"
flashing up extremely briefly and then going off - even if there is
more than one page.
Have a feeling this all started after the original upgrade to Tiger
10.4.
Any suggestions?
