Landscape in my report.

I have a report that I want to set up as landscape on one page. It has a
fairly large table that won't fit in Portrait but fits great as landscape.
I also have a graph I would like to set up this way.

The report is 30 pages, but I need to set up about 4 pages as landscape and
they are in different places in the report.

Is this possible in Word?

At the moment, I just create another document for the landscaped pages, but
this is inconvenient when emailing to others.

Thanks,

Tom

This can be done with section breaks. Got to the last page of a part in your
document that you would like to have in portrait format, then select
Insert>Break>Section Break (Next Page). Click anywhere on the next page,
then go to Format>Document. Select Page Setup in the lower left corner, then
set it to landscape by clicking the appropriate icon. Enter the text you'd
like to have in landscape format, and when you're done, repeat the same
procedure, only this time, you'll obviously have to select Portrait in the
Page Setup dialogue to get back from Landscape to Portrait. If anything's
unclear, post back. Also, as a general tip: always indicate the version of
Word and Mac OS you are using, it makes it easier to answer your questions.
