Landscape pages not converting to PDF

I have a file with five sheets. The first, third, and fourth sheets are
portrait and convert to PDF just fine. The second and fifth are landscape and
when converted to PDF, are blank. (Note: Multi-sheet files that are all
landscape convert to PDF just fine.)

Has anyone else encountered this and know a fix?

I have encountered a similar fault as this.

I have a file that has over 40 pages in it and only the 5th one is
landscape. When I created the PDF, the landscape page was over 2 portrait
pages.

I went in and created a single page from the 5th page as a PDF intending to
insert just that page, but then ran the create PDF over the entire file and
this time, it recognised page 5 and worked properly. I was using Acrobat 7
Pro.
