Here's the email I got from Microsoft:
Hi Geordie,
I wanted to follow up our phone conversation with an email. Unfortunately, the issue you’re encountering, where InfoPath 2003 cannot print in landscape mode when IE7 is installed is a known bug. A hotfix is currently being created for the problem, and hopefully it will be available in a month or two. Unfortunately, hotfixes take a little time to create. When the hotfix is ready, there will be a knowledge base article for it so you’ll be able to find it.
I’ve submitted this case for a refund since this is a known bug, and you should see the refund on your next credit card statement. It was a pleasure to work with you on this case. I hope you were delighted with the support I provided.
