Language and and importing from outlook 2000

Hi
Two issues I hope someone can help
1. Outlook 2003, I set the language to English Canada, but when it spell
checks my messages it use US! Fibre, centre etc cause problems!
2. I archived from Outlook 2000 and want to import it, but I can't seem to
make it work.
Any help much appreciated. Spent $500+ on Office and I can't even get help
over the phone

In OL2003 File>Open>Data File .......browse to your Archive
PS Avoid the import/Export options with a pst, as it can lead to data loss,
open the pst and copy to the other
