Language and Calendar Type in Date Footer

Hello!

I need to retrieve a Date Footer's Format in PowerPoint using C#. But
if the Language and Calendar Type are not in English and Western, I
still get the English and Western version of the date.

Does anyone know how to get the date formatted in the selected format,
with the correct Language and Calendar Type applied in?

At the very least, does anyone know how to get the values for Language
and Calendar Type?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
