Language bar problem

I have Window XP Home, Office 2000 and Word 2000 installed on my machine.
Also I have a language bar for switching from English to Russian. This
switch works fine as intentioned by pressing Alt+Shift keys in the Outlook
Express, in the Microsoft and Yahoo messengers, but in the Word documents
the only way to switch between the languages is to left click mouse on the
bar several times, usually 2 or 3.
May someone please help me to fix this problem!

I have the same Ilyaz and I am using Greek and English. Left Alt & Shift works fine in all other application except Office 2003 applications. If you have managed to solved it please send me the solution too. Thanx Fred (e-mail address removed)
