Unfortunatedly, there's no group policy can be sued to disable 'Lauguage
Bar'. However, you can use the following registry keys to disable it:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF\LangBar]
"ExtraIconsOnMinimized"=dword:00000000
"ShowStatus"=dword:00000002
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF]
"Disable Thread Input Manager"=dword:00000001
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF\MSUTB]
"ShowDeskBand"=dword:00000001

| the language bar. hundreds of Domain users login on each
| station and The Bar is a Pain.....
