language change in a text box crashes word

I have a user that has a form that is made up of several text boxes. She is
trying to change the text boxes to spanish but when she sets the language to
spanish it crashes word. If she sets the language to spanish in normal text
instead of the text box it works just fine. We have Office 2000 SP3 with
Outlook 2003 running on Win2000 SP4 so i'm not sure if it has anything to do
with the mixed version. However on my PC I can change the text box languages
just fine. (Same setup just different hardware specs) I have gone through
the office tools and added spanish to the language settings but that didn't
help. Any help would be very appreciated as I am stumped by this one.
