Language MS Project

Hellow,

I'm using an english version of MS Project 2003 Professional, connected to
the MSP 2003. I want to change the language of the UI to dutch. I know I can
change it with SETLANG.EXE. This also works for word, excel, ... but NOT for
Project. Can anybody tell me how to solve this?

Is the install of the MUI for MSP Server 2003 on the server necessary to run
the cliënt's MS Projects in an onther language?
