Language problem using Outlook Add-In

Anyone point me in the correct direction to find the reg hack that is
supposed to fix the problem with PWA outlook addin where you get the error
message:

Project Web Access Outlook Add-in - Fatal Instalation Error.
The language of the Project Add-in for Outlook must match the language of
Outlook.

Jonathan, that was the 'fix'.
I went to http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/reference/lcid-all.mspx to find
the language setting for English - US and added the following key and value
in regedit.
Key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\ProjectServer.12
Value
REG_DWORD, name Language, Value 0409 Hex 1033 Dec
