Language setting for Outlook

hi,
I have outlook 2003 on my PC and when i open my outlook its coming in Arabic
languge. I mean all words in left side pan (Inbox,Sent Items, outbox..etc).
Mails are coming ok in english.
I have Exchange 2003 server. How i can change language to English?

please help
