Language Setting Problem in MS Office 2003

I am using MS Office 2003 in Korean Version.
I am wondering if I can change the menu bar or other
interface from Korean to English.

Using "Language Setting" menu, I reset English as a
default language. But all characters in menu bar and user
interface are still Korean.

Is there any method to change Korean to English?
