Language Setting

All of my Microsoft Software is set in English except for Visio 2003. I am
trying to set it to English from Spanish. I've tried changing the settings
in Microsoft Office Tools, but that didn't do it. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!

AFAIK it's based on the version purchased, it doesn't use office tools.
Possibly one of the other guys can be more explicit/correct.

But Visio does take into account the Regional settings, i.e. thousands
and decimal separator, currency and date.
