Office 2003 in Vista Home Premium 64-bit OS:
I keep trying to set the default language in Word to English-US, but it
insists on being English-Canada.
The Office Language setting says it's English-US, and my regional settings
in Vista are set to the US, not Canadian standard.
After confirming both Office and Regional settings, I renamed normal.dot to
something else and then started Word.
Default language? You guessed it. English-Canada.
It's no big deal to select all in a document and then set the language to
English-US, but it would be nice not to have to do this for each and every
document I create.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
TIA,
Tom
