Language settiung

Hello,

I am working on German version of office 2003, I would like to change the
interface language to office. How Can I do it ?

I guess, This way should work
Start -> Programs -> Microsoft office tools -> Microsoft Languages Settings
and then selecting - English as interface Language.

But I am unable to change settings, I have logged in as Admin...

What are the other requirements ?

Please let me know more about in thisa regard.
