language support for Windows XP without having Office XP

I want to download a language support, the global IME so
that I can type korean.
However, I've tried to download the programs and I keep
being told that I can't download the programs. I'm
running windows xp, but office xp. I've been able to
download and run ie_ko but it's not showing me the
language bar. Does anyone know which Global IME file I
need to download?
