languages in office

I'm stuck in the fact that I can't change the general language of office from
Spanish to English, does anyone know if this is possible?

What do you mean by general language ?? Do you mean the interface (you
can't) or the default language in documents (eg in Word: simpoly open
the Normal template, select all, change the language to what ever you
want and save it) ???
