languages not displaying with unicode

I have multiple language in the same email. Most of them dispaly correctly
with unicode but chinese won't unless I change the body encoding type which
changes how all the other languages are displayed.

If you set encoding to Unicode UTF-8, this should work, e.g.
· English: this is English text;
· Russian: Ñто руÑÑкий текÑÑ‚.
· Chinese: 这是中文文本。

If it does not, please give more information, like Outlook version,
message type, font, etc.
