Hi,
I have been using the Beta version of Microsoft office for last couple of
months. Absolutely loved it had some minor bugs that was i guess part of the
deal. However, couple of days back I got an email about the new B2TR download
for the beta version. Ever since I downloaded the B2TR, I have not been able
to open up my word files, it gives me a message " File not available." Today
I tried opening up one of the word files, to my dispair it gave me the same
message but it went one step furthur. It crashed my laptop and now it wont
turn on! The screen is blacked out with an error message that says " A disk
read error occured Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart", once you follow the
direction and try to restart the laptop, it displays the same message again!
Can anybody help me with this situation. Can we fix this problem?
I would appreciate any help trying to resolve this issue.
