Laptop replacement after only 18 days, lost Microsoft Office

Hello.
My name is Alyson McCabe and I downloaded Microsoft Office Ultimate onto my
laptop. I ordered it from a website called The Ultimate Steal, where I got a
significant student discount. The website said that I could have 2 downloads
of it, one on a mobile computer and the other on a desktop. My laptop,
however, had hardware problems and after only 18 days, I had to have it
replaced. I now have Microsoft Office 2007 as a trial but I don't have many
tries left on it. I emailed them and they said that they could not help me
and that I was only allowed one version. The old laptop is now garbage and
was taken back. It will not ever run again. I am hoping to be able to get a
new product key in replacement of my old one. Please let me know what I can
do! Thank-you
