Laptop to desktop

I want to be able to send calendar appointments back and forth from my
Desktop work (professional) to home laptop (home and student) I recieve the
e-mail about the appointment but not the option to accept or decline? Is this
possible please?

it needs to be sent in RTF format. If you use Exchange at work, its possible
they have it set to not send RTF to the internet. In that case,

Vince thanks for taking time ti help, I have 2003 on my laptop and 2003
professional at work. The issue has arisen becasue I want to sync my HP214
handheld with my calendar. But in their wisdom my company have removed USB
ports for security of the work PC's. my idea was that i could invite myself
via my home e-mail to every meeting and then sync with my laptop!!
Complicated Hey, maybe should have gone for a paper diary! Regards Chris
