Laptop to Desktop

Can someone please tell me how to get al lof my personal
folders from my inbox as well as my contacts off of
laptop and on to my new desktop system WITHOUT burning
capability? My very ancient laptop has only a cd rom
drive, no floppy, np CD-R..nada. I am using Office 2000.
