Large amount of junk mail

I am recieving a large amount of Junk mail. Close to about 100 a day or
more. I blocked senders, I have added news and mail rules to block. However
I just keep getting them. Is there something I do better.

"News and mail rules"? You're not using Outlook, then, you're using Outlook
Express and you're in the wrong newsgroup.
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general, please.
