large amounts of data in cell

I'm trying to submit an excel worksheet to Yahoo in order
to enter an auction. I am copying appx. a page from Word
into a cell and when it transfers to Yahoo it only has
about 3 sentences in it. How can I increase the capacity
of the cell to hold a page of data?

Thanks in advance,
Victor

XL 2k specifications. This is all you get.

Worksheet size 65,536 rows by 256 columns
Column width 255 characters
Row height 409 points
Length of cell contents (text) 32,767 characters. Only 1,024 display in a
cell; all 32,767 display in the formula bar.

Possibly you could use a text box.

With some caveats. The display specs are at best approximate. If a cell is
formatted with word wrap enabled, sufficiently large column width and row
height, and sufficiently small type size, and the text in the cell contains
newline characters, Excel will happily display more than 15,000 characters in a
single cell. On the other hand, unless Windows itself is set to use an extremely
small type size for most text, the formula bar would display no more than about
6,000 (50 lines of 120 characters each) characters on screen at one time, though
you could scroll up or down through it. However, using the formula bar to edit
that much text is a REALLY BAD IDEA.

Moral: don't rely on Excel's documentation too heavily. Much of it is
incomplete, and some of it is outright wrong.
