Large attachments cause email to be blocked from entourage

My job requires me to receive a few large files from time to time.. upwards of 100-200 mgbs. I have a blackberry and entourage on an exchange server. When someone sends me a file over a certain size (I think it's around 75-100 mb) then it never shows up in entourage. I can see the email on the OWA and my blackberry and others in the building who are using outlook receive it but the email is nowhere to be seen in Entourage.

Is there a setting to allow entourage to bring it in?

AFAIK, Entourage does not have a setting. This is usually set by the ISP. Is
this sent all "in house?"
