Large downloads should allow pause/resume feature

Large downloads, such as Office XP SP3 (53MB), take a very long time to
download if you have dial-up (and are subject to connection timeouts).
A pause/resume button would make a big difference to dial-up users & allow
broadband users more control to manage their dowloads (e.g. they may want to
pause a large dowload to give higher prioty to another download).

There are few if any of the folks that lurk around this
site that are Micrsoft employees. Make a suggestion at:

Ants:

There are several programs out there that actually do the pause/continue
feature. Alot are just third party software that can be downloaded for free
or a small charge. Plus that are some browsers that have that feature built
in. I use Opera as my browser. It was free and has that feature built in.
